Your animated work must be created between January 2024 and June 2026, and must be a pure work without the intervention of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Before registering, ensure your work meets the selection standards. Please read the detailed terms and conditions below! 👇

1. GENERAL TERMS

• Theme: Feel The Grow!!

• Competition category: Open to the public (students, university students, and professionals).

• Individual or team entries are allowed, and all participants are featured in the credit title.

• Work must be original and free from elements of SARA (ethnicity, religion, race, and intergroup relations), pornography, or plagiarism.

• Works submitted must be created between January 2024 and June 2026.

• The competition is open to all Indonesian citizens.

2. COMPETITION TIMELINE

• Registration opens from June 11, 2026, to June 20, 2026.

• Qualified participants and winners will be announced on June 27, 2026.

• The winning films will be screened at the Denpasar Youth Festival, part of the Makin Dekat Film Festival series, and Area Creator 7, by Cre:HA Project, on July 11 and/or 12, 2026.

• The prize-giving ceremony will be held at the Denpasar Youth Festival, part of the Makin Dekat Film Festival series. The location and time will be updated after the winner announcement.

• For winners unable to attend, prizes will be awarded no later than 7 days after the event concludes.

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (The Animation Specs)

• Duration: Minimum 5 minutes and maximum 20 minutes (including credits).

• Video Format: .MP4 with a minimum resolution of Full HD 1080p. - Aspect Ratio: 16:9 (Landscape)

• Audio Assets: Royalty-free music/SFX or original work is required. The committee is not responsible for copyright strikes on social media platforms.

• Use of AI: The use of AI in animated works is strictly prohibited.

4. REGISTRATION & SUBMISSION MECHANISM

Participants must submit and submit files on the form provided using the Drive folder link with the following requirements:

1. Participants must submit the final animation file with full length and credits.

2. Participants must provide a teaser or snippet of their work (15-60 seconds in duration) for publication in 9:16 format or Instagram Reels format (optional, not full screen, depending on individual creativity). The committee will upload it to the social media platforms provided for the Animation Festival. 3. Participants are required to provide a poster/thumbnail for the animation being shown (this will be shown in the stage visuals and trailer cover).

3. Participants are required to provide a synopsis of the animated story.

4. A photo or video of Proof of Work (a software timeline or behind-the-scenes display) must be attached to verify originality.

5. Participants must upload their work to a personal Google Drive folder (Ensure access: Anyone with the link can view).

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Ownership: Copyright remains entirely with the Participant/Creator.

• Broadcasting Rights: The Creha Project Committee is granted the right (non-exclusive license) to broadcast and distribute the winning work for promotional and broadcast purposes during the event without additional compensation.

• Responsibility: Any legal claims from third parties related to the assets in the work are the full responsibility of the participant.

7. ASSESSMENT CRITERIA

1. Storytelling (40%): Depth of story, message conveyed, and plot.

2. Visuals & Animation (30%): Movement techniques, character design, and visual aesthetics.

3. Audio & Mood (20%): The harmony of sound/music with visuals.

4. Originality of Idea (10%): The uniqueness of the concept presented.

8. DISQUALIFICATION & JURY'S DECISION

• The committee reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have committed plagiarism or violated the Terms and Conditions.

• The jury's decision is final and cannot be contested.
