Here is the English translation of the Cosplay Competition guidelines:
Participants must register in advance via the following Google Form no later than June 20th:

Once registered, participants will be invited to a WhatsApp group to receive all information related to the competition.
The registration fee is IDR 50,000 per individual or group, which includes an Area Creator ticket (Maximum of 4 group members, excluding stagehands/blackmen*).
(Note: "blackman" refers to a stage assistant/kuroko dressed in black).
The Cosplay Competition is open to the public.
The deadline for submitting Visuals and Audio is June 27, 2026. Failure to submit by the specified deadline will result in disqualification.

📃 From Pengumpulan Visual dan Audio Backsound Cosplay Competition
Participants can be individuals or groups consisting of a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 4 people, excluding stagehands (blackmen).
The cosplayed character performed must present a clear and easily recognizable cosplay, such as from Anime, Games, Manga, Vocaloid, Tokusatsu, etc. OC (Original Characters) are not allowed.
Participants are prohibited from using sharp weapons, firearms, or equipment that can cause sparks, such as fireworks, etc.
Participants will pose and perform their cosplay on stage with a maximum duration of 2 minutes and 30 seconds for both solo and group acts. Point deductions will apply if the performance exceeds the specified duration.
Audio must be in MP3 format and/or video in MP4 format.
Visuals must have a 36:9 aspect ratio with a resolution of 2560x720p. If the visual is synchronized with the audio, simply submit the synchronized visual in MP4 format.
Participants must submit the Audio and Video to be used for the performance before the deadline set by the committee. If participants fail to do so by the specified deadline, they will be disqualified.
Participants are prohibited from using props that can cause a mess or are difficult to clean, such as confetti, paper scraps, etc.
Participants must re-register at the event by the time specified by the committee.
Photos taken during the Cosplay Competition belong to the Cre:Ha Project committee.
The judges' assessments and decisions are absolute and final.
Judging will be carried out by the Cosplay Competition Judges invited by the Cre:Ha Project team. The assessment is based on several parameters, namely:

Costume Detail: 20
Performance: 20
Character Portrayal (Immersion): 20
Stage Mastery (Presence): 20
Cosplayer Creativity: 20
The Cosplay Competition prizes will be awarded to 3 winners:
1st Place: Certificate and IDR 1,500,000 cash
2nd Place: Certificate and IDR 1,000,000 cash
3rd Place: Certificate and IDR 500,000 cash
The competition will be held on Day 2 of Area Creator on July 11, 2026. The winners of the Cosplay Competition will also be announced on Day 1 of Area Creator (as stated in the original text).
